Hi!
I’m Annika Culling, the founder of Culling Consulting. Having lived in Denmark for over eight years, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for both German and Danish cultures. In 2024, I turned my passion for connecting people and my cross-cultural insight into a headhunting service that helps companies build teams that truly fit – across language, culture, and values.
Born in the Ruhr region of Germany and now based in southern Sjælland, I combine German structure, reliability, and goal orientation with the Danish values of trust, flat hierarchies, and personal development. This combination shapes both my work and my motivation.
I love connecting with people, authentic conversations, real relationships, and long-term partnerships. Networking isn’t just a business tool for me, but the foundation for finding the right people for the right roles. I believe that seeing and understanding others creates the strongest connections between individuals, companies, and cultures.
In my work, I bring together my entrepreneurial background, intercultural expertise, and love for language. I speak fluent German, Danish, and English and build bridges across borders, languages, and mindsets.
